Refund Policy
At Bloom With China, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services, and experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, & Physical Products)

All sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bloomwithchina.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be issued only when a replacement is not available.
2. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
3. Events (Seminars, Workshops, Retreats)

All event registrations are non-refundable due to the nature of planning and limited capacity.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

Transfer your ticket to another person (with prior notice), or

Receive a credit toward a future Bloom With China event (if requested at least 7 days prior to the event date).

No credits or transfers will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
4. Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. Requests for exceptions due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
