Refund Policy

At Bloom With China, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services, and experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, & Physical Products)

  • All sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bloomwithchina.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be issued only when a replacement is not available.

2. Coaching Services

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Events (Seminars, Workshops, Retreats)

  • All event registrations are non-refundable due to the nature of planning and limited capacity.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may:

    • Transfer your ticket to another person (with prior notice), or

    • Receive a credit toward a future Bloom With China event (if requested at least 7 days prior to the event date).

  • No credits or transfers will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Digital Products

  • All digital product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens. Requests for exceptions due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
